Smarty higher RPM fueling availability?

Since Brian is on here often, and this is a question MANY of us want to know, is there any word or developments under way to get the Smarty software to tune above factory defuel? RPMs being available is great, but being able to fuel at, say 4500rpms, is highly desired for competitive trucks.

I know I'm not the only person on this forum curious about this, and desiring this. Speak up guys, 154 looks, but nobody else wanting to ask?

Sorry my truck is an 06. But, I'd love to see some nasty street trucks, in the 03-05 flavor, that'll fully fuel to 4500 rpm!!!

Yes, you can free rev to 6K with SSR, but it still defuels around 3200-3400. I've as ed this question on here, directly to Brian multiple times, especially when I was on here alot, and never got ANY direct yes, no, maybe answer. The best I got was "I only know what they tell me." Put one BBI comment on here, and it's gangbusters. I like the product, they've done well with the UDC, its light years above what we had before, but there's a few options, like fueling, that would be great, and not force people to keep doing EFI conversions.

I would certainly appreciate more revs. I haven't perceived a huge defuel but I'm usually shifting by 3400. In what methods is it defueling? Duration? Because I've never seen rail cut out.

I would love to see them change this. You'd think they would by now.....

I'm just gonna bump this back to the top for a bit.

Hell, If I could get full fuel to 4200 or so I'd be happy. I'm not using SSR but I know even with a UDC based off TNT-R it's softening up well before 4k RPM

#14 ·
It's softening in the mid 3000s. Run a 1/4 mile, and you'll feel it it and know when you've found that point.

You mean to tell me that I bought an SSR for the high rpm power, and it still cuts fuel before red line???

Where is Brian at? If this were an Anarchy product their would be 3432332453534232435453445564574563423423424 posts already :hehe:

I'll just put this here to give ya a bump....

(1/8 mile traps, 3rd gear, fueling like crazy)........the other tuning software

I can definitely feel it going down the 1/4 mile as Banean stated. More so with the manual trans I feel like. 4-5 and 5-6 shift. Above 3500 it falls on its face. I wish I had my sheet from the last dyno pull to show it.

It's amazing watching a bbi thread pop up knowing you'll see Brian... Swatting claims that they aren't all that and bag of stacked chips but smarty threads are almost always lacking useful input from him.

4th gens are dealing with the same soft limits too. Sure 4k is possible, but only with custom stuff. No box tuning as far as I know touches rpm limits

Maybe this will bring a Brian out of isolation.....BBI, BBI, BBI, BBI.

Here, I have a question about the super secret squirrel injectors and a specific claim that they make more hp with less fuel.

Explain this to me Brian..... 2(C16H34) + 49(O2) --> 32(CO2) + 34(H2O)

Try to balance that equation for me differently and show me how less is more. Remember, I'm the guy that gave you all a chance to put your money where your mouth is regarding your claims.

They've been working on it, last I knew have loaded it on some vehicles, but still working bugs out. They've seemed to atleast try harder than EFI did.

What the hell it's a simple question. And if no is the answer, say ur working on it. Like come on. Didn't they teach u that in public relations

#27 ·
Did that get you over the minimum 50 post requirement to access the classifieds?

#28 ·
Nope, no need for them either. Y buy a used part and pay an extra 20 cents on the dollar. Works out to b the same price for new stuff up here in Canada.

I just wanna. Truck is almost paid off so I wanna start throwing money at. But when Brian is scrolling through the forum and has ignored this question multiple times. Y bother with a manufacture that won't answer this one question. And I kno I will end up with a smarty on my 05. But it's getting old with the manufactures blowing smoke up ur as.

It's actually my fault for wording the thread wrong. I should have included BBI injectors and compare them with Exergy somewhere in the title. That seems the best way for any actual response. I mean, who am I anyway?
