so I want to get gauges for my truck to monitor temps when towing

looking for a quality product that doesnt break the bank here is what I am thinking

autometer factory matched gauges
boost, egt, water(is the factory gauge accurate?)

I have a 6 spd so trans temp isnt a concern as much

boost $72
EGT $183
fuel rail $180 could i get water instead?
mount $60
total approx $495:doh:

that seems like a lot of $ just for gauges :confused013::confused013::confused013:

pricing is from http://www.genosgarage.com/products.asp?dept=62

this setup seems like a good value for $355 shipped
autometer boost egt and trans temp with 3 pod

I have the autometer factory match on my '06 auto. The install isn't finished yet but so far I really like it. I think you will too. pyro/boost/tranny

Sorry, no pics yet.

I bought them from a friend who owns a shop so my pricing isn't fair. However, I was tempted by the pricing at dieselmanor.com for their ISSPRO setup. The pricing is very good.

I forgot to mention the gauges are on the A-pillar.

We got the gauges finished up yesterday afternoon. Tranny isn't hooked up yet, but the other two work great. Will post a pic later today. Just give me about 5 hours to figure out how:rof

I've got the 6-speed and installed a Westach combo gauge(boost and egt) It fits perfectly in the SRT-10 replacement pillar which retains the driver's grab handle. The combo gauge goes where the tach would go on the SRT-10 gas truck. I need to get a five year old over here to post pics. It gives you two functions without interfering with the driver's sight lines.
