my husband passed away May of 2021, I kept his truck it started running funny so I took it to the dealership for them to diagnose the problem, they told me that it has a plugged EGT sensor. From what I can find there is more than 1…. Does anyone have any help they can give I can’t afford for the deals to fix it and I don’t want to get rode of the truck.

Egt sensors are just probes in the exhaust not really anyway for them to plug up.

Well that is an egt sensor code. I'd inspect wiring to make sure they are all plugged in properly and no obvious damage. Then pull the sensors to make sure they are not caked with soot and/or broken.
If my memory serves me, there is one in the elbow just after the turbo and 3 more in the exhaust.
