I’ve only seen the 5 digit pin. Did you choose the right year for your truck? Entirely possibly there’s a bad update.

 

I click on the RF hub my13+ powernet. I then click on the connect and it connects right up. I have even gone into the read pin and it shows my pin but when I put it in the RF hub reset it says started the. A second later say’s failed. I have watched YouTube videos and all of them show it saying enter a 4 digit pin. (That was a few years ago) But now it’s saying enter a 5 digit pin

 

And you’re not somewhere else where a different pin is required?

 

As far as I’m aware I’m right where I need to be. I even used Chrysler pin puller. It shows the same 4 digit pin Alfa shows

I emailed Alfaobd and they sent me a link with an update/fix to the app then it worked.
