a complete rolling part'struck with following front spring hanger's and rear front spring hanger's 4x4 engine cross member and then your choice of tranny .everything else you already have .

 

The steering box is mounted different on a 4wd from what 2wd's have. If you leave your box where its at you can do crossover steering which rids the truck of the nasty bumpsteer which is soon to be my next mod as I already have the heims and tubing ready.

 

Yeah I forgot about box OOPS but like said do cross over steering and throw that stupid plate away

I would say a 8 just because of how extensive it would be. But if you got the time give her he$%..

92 w350 into 91 d350

i got a 91 d350 with 400k estimated, i want to put the legendary 5spd 4x4 out of my 92 w350 with 81k original miles on it into my 91 d350 is it possible because i have all the w350 parts ??

 

Sure it's easy to do swap front susp. out convert it over to 4x4 I think that's the hardest step you will get Real close with a 1/2 in drill n Bit eat your wheaties your going to need it . but after that pretty much everything bolt's back into Place .

 

Why do you want to convert, why not just use the 4x4 truck?

another vote for crossover, if you do do the swap cross over should be a must. Make sure to get a frame brace
