I have a 2003 2500 Cummins with 246xxx miles and I also have a 2004 Cummins and with both of them I have had an issue while hitting the petal nothing happens but I changed the t throttle positioneer sensor and it fix it in the 2004 but in the 2003 I have noticed when it does it on the cluster the square around the D goes away and the petal does nothing when you hit it. Any idea what I should look into to fixing it or have you had an issue similar and found a way to fix it? Hopefully this makes some sense any questions ask I’ll try and reply

2003 what version? ecm only or ecm and pcm on firewall?
The ECM,EMIC(cluster)and PDC are involved in trans control.
Can first check for codes to hopefully help narrow down issue.
The TRS ,new style of nuetral safety switch, gets voltage from PDC and displays it in EMIC but also sends signal to ECM
Should get 03 FSM in Newbies guide start double checking wiring most common cause gremlins .
