I pull a 28' Dutchmen fiver and a 16' boat behind that for a CGVW of 17,160lbs. I would put a pic in but I get the message "File too Large" and don't know how to resize it (yet). Well now you can look in my garage and see a pic.

I pull an 84 chevy blazer I use for playing on the rocks. Funny thing is, when i went looking for a picture for this post, i realized I have never actually taken a poser shot of the truck on the trailer... here's the best I could do.

Absolutely nothing on a regular basis........All the trucks are glorified cars at the present time.

Used to yank around a 32' enclosed full of sprint car junk......or as my significant other put it "that big black stupid thing"....

Maybe I should've sold her instead of the race car. :help

Dont pull it around much but its an early 50's TD8 IH dozer with 10' blade. Triple axle and crawler weigh in at 31,520 full of fuel.

We bought the first '91 Dodge/Cummins - and now the current '02 - to tow our '88 24 foot Kit 5er. About 2/3 of the truck's 40K+ miles are towing miles...

I don't have a "poser" shot, either, but here's what my truck spends 95% of its working life dragging around:

Whitmore's got at least a hundred pounds in just gauges :woot:

I hardly ever pull anything, I'm more the guy that put's anything and evrything in the bed. Roughly 4500 lbs of cement in the back of the truck a few times. This summer was the ultimate load though, I went to home depot and was determined to get all of my fencing materials in one trip. I had everything for 120' of fence including 30 bags of quickrete, which most were in the cab. The wife wasn't as impressed as I thought she would be  , but all the neighbors got a kick out of the crazy Wyo guy with his diesel :hyper: .

The other day I pulled the Fedx lady out of my drive way she managed to get stuck on my gravel hill so I yanked her out I just didnt want to have to deal with the tow truck coming.

Kevin, not to sidetrack the thread, but since your family has both a late 2nd generation and 3rd generation truck, what do you see as the most impressive differences in power, comfort, quality, handling, etc - are the later trucks what you would consider a substantial improvement - or just different?

I can answer that :hyper: The comfort and handling of my truck is much smoother than the '01, however that might be due to all of the bombing that has taken place on the '01. The Rickson wheels on Whitmore's truck do make for a rougher ride and when you drive his truck you had better be paying attention :peelout Hopefully Santa can correct the handling problem this year :thumbsup I think even Whitmore will admit that my truck is the beauty and his truck is the beast :beer

So, when you go somehere together, which truck do you take most of the time? And why?
I suspect Kenin's truck is more a utility vehicle, and used that way, while the newer one more closely resembles a commute rig and the one of choice for travel.

I haven't quite adjusted to *wheels* that weigh 170 lbs each - that must be a horrendous load and impact on the suspension! :woot:
