The Dodge dealer is subletting your Dodge truck to an aftermarket tranny shop because they can't figure out whats wrong with it? :confused013:I dropped the truck off at the dealer this week and they just performed the TSB that was supposed to take care of this issue. When I called to see if it was done today, they said the TSB didn't fix the problem. So they are taking the truck to a transmission shop tomorrow to have it looked at.
The hemi bands are available but unless you pushing big power they are overkill. The stock bands are pretty good as long as the pressures and shift timing is correct. Much better off fixing the servo, servo cover, and pressure issues.try a heavy duty duty band my trans guy tells that in his race truck applications on high hp trans he uses an old 60's hemi steel band that fits the dodge 727 trans hense 48re he says it will help totally eliminate the shuttle shift he also tells me that stock bands are plastic junk.
