you can email Chrysler and ask for a build sheet. Mine came with those stupid mirrors too, i just went ahead and bought Trailer Tow mirrors from the dealer (i have a friend that works in the parts department)

 

I've seen a few 2500's with the small mirrors, Im not sure if its a standard option or not but you would think it should be :confused013:

 

Some just come with them, I think its kinda stupid for dodge to sell a truck thats made for hauling heavy and then they put little pocket mirrors on them. My dads 03 came with them also.

 

I think the towing mirrors were an option. Honestly I dont see how TOWING mirrors and a TOWING "package" can be an OPTION on a heavy duty truck designed for........TOWING. Just another way for Detroit to get more cash outta our pockets I reckon.

I have seen quite a few 2500 and 3500's with those dinky mirrors. Mine even came with them when I bought it used. First thing I did was swap mirrors for the towing mirrors that came on my 1500!

 

same deal here...small mirrors as well ..dumbest looking things ever, they should have saved these things for the gaser guys. I have a set of tow mirrors on the way though.

you can find some pretty good deals on ebay as well. i`ve seen a bunch of them on there.

 

my 06 3500 dually had them stupid little mirrors on it, go figure.

 

My buddy has a 3500 with the silly little ones too... i took the mirrors off my 2500 and gave them to him before i traded the truck in... he he he... those little mirrors suck!

 

DONT pay retail at the dealership, thats just crazy expensive...check out other avenues.

 

a friend of mine found a set on ebay for 80$ which i thought was a pretty good deal.

 

mine came with them too, one of the best mods was getting the tow mirrors..

Exactly!! That is what it should look like. An 06 mirror's should fit right.

 

Mine also came with the gay mini's I hate them!!!!! but I'm to cheap to fork out the 4-500 the dealer asks for them and always when i come across the sweet deals I have no money.....

 

My 2003 came with the little mirrors to. It was my understanding that when you get the sport package it comes with the sport mirrors (lil mirrors) but that might be wrong I just told the dealer I wouldnt buy the truck unless it had the tow mirrors on it so they pulled a set of tow mirrors off a mega cab dulley they had just re-poed and put em on mine that mega cab looked funny w thoes lil mirrors LOL

 

just go up to a FORD and take them off someones truck at night and bolt them on yours...i love the ford mirrors on a dodge

 

Do they fit? What years for a 3rd gen? I have power/heated mirrors do the fords work with that?
