tow/haul mode p1222 code

I know this subject has been beat to death but I cant find anyone who had my symptoms. The p1222 code along with the WTS light and the 10 dings only happens if my truck is in tow/haul mode. I daily drive the truck and it never happens until I drive in tow/haul for about 15 minutes. It happens whether I'm towing or not. I also have a p0633 immobilizer key not programmed code and a p0483 fan speed code. My key starts, drives, and unlocks my truck with no issues. I'm wondering if there is a computer issue going on. I monitor the fuel rail pressure and it seems to be good even when the code is thrown. My truck starts good in the cold, does not skip, does not smoke. What does tow/haul mode change with the truck that could possibly cause the p1222 code to be activated? The code always comes on when decelerating. Any input is welcomed and appreciated. Thank you.

Only when somebody changed to hogged injectors or they had other problems, if it is the injectors a new set will cure the problem. Injectors are not the only thing that will cause that. LP pressure low, FCA malfunction, RP relief valve shot will show the same error. Run an injector return flow test to get real usable info.
i will have to pull the injectors in order to do that right? I was thinking of trying to retorque the crossover tubes first.

thanks for your response. Ive heard of people changing injectors and not solving this issue. The fact that it only happens when tow/haul mode is on makes me think something else is going on. Im not saying your wrong I just want to try other cheaper stuff first before I have to do the injectors.
