yeah somethin just didnt sound right 40 dollars for a programmer thats going to give u 200hp thats unheard of

 

The general section would be better for this than the for sale but, I bet you can still take an volt-ohm meter to those leads and read nothing more than a resistor. Looks like a custom etched board with a bunch of open solder holes for people that know nothing to look at and say (wow)....
