Ok, I returned your PM but, for the love of pete......slow down for just a second. Take a deep breath, everything is going to be fine.
First and foremost, you did not get a bad module.
Second, when all else fails read the directions. The direction for updating the module are located at the top of EVERY update page. These are very useful. The first time you hook any/most usb devices to your computer you must first install the drivers for it. This is also true with the module.
Basically when this happened:
Some wizard app opens and tells me to instal a disk .....I down loaded a program off the site to my computer . A quadzilla box showed up . I clicked on the udate box .
You did not install the drivers.
Now, if the driver installation does not pop up automatically you need to do the following.
Open an update, any update will work.
Click on the Quadzilla logo
This will start the driver installation all over again.
Follow the steps in the instructions.
Be patient, sometimes it takes windows a whopping 10-15 seconds for it to pop up the window that asks you to search for the drivers. Click yes. Let the installation finish and follow the rest of the instructions. You will be good to go after that.
The main thing you have to do is be patient and not get ticked off when a window pops up on you. All of the above is covered step by step in the instructions. It should take about 2-3 minutes or less and you will be good to go.
Also, you need to keep in mind that you have a 6" lift and 37" tires. 65hp is not exactly going to make it to where you can melt them off the wheel. Yes there are much, much stronger tunes to download and that is what you should do but, keep your expectations real.
Myself along with many others will tell you this thing will be much stronger than a superchips programmer.
let us know when you get it updated.
I would use a 2000 series or one of the beta tunes for what you are wanting.
