Be careful about buying those mirrors. They probably won't fit your truck. Notice that they say "new body style". In '02 they changed the body style on the 1500 trucks but they didn't change the 2500/3500 trucks until '03. These mirrors will have a larger base that goes with the new body style and won't work on the 2nd gen. trucks. I think the same company does make the mirrors for the 2nd gen trucks but all of the ones on that page were for the new body styles I believe. I'm not saying that they aren't good mirrors, just make sure you get the ones that fit your truck! Hope this helps!

I'm looking at a getting a set of Kool-Vue towing mirrors. Ive heard nothing but good things about them. (fit and finish) I would assume they are similar in quality to the ones your looking at.

I have a set on my 01 the only thing that I will say is be carefull about how you route the power wire if you go the wrong way you can cut the wire.

i got my Kool Vue heated power tow mirrors and i love em.

i got my ol set of stock mirrors kickin round somewhere.

spend the extra coin and get the power heated ones, you won't regret it. Buy the ones listed for an 01 so that they fit, if you get the power ones the part number is dg49el and dg49er

I've got the heated power ones on my 01 from that site. They fit great, have to watch the wire routing. If you do get the towing mirror you will want to get the backing plates from rock auto. com, or a dealer. They are too heavy of a mirror to hang with out the backing plates.
