Kodiak Sidewinder steps install question

Has anybody here installed their own Kodiak (or other power steps) Sidewinders? I know I can wire them up so that all four drop when the "door ajar" light comes on, but I want them to be individual, per door. I have four to install. The front doors won't be too difficult but I cannot find a place to mount the rear switches. I have to be able to get to the backside of the switch in order to run the wires and fasten it in place.

So, has anybody installed their own, and where did you mount your switches? Thanks.

Hmmm, I have never installed the Kodiaks on a Dodge, however on my superduty that I had them on, they had their own striker for the rear steps. The amp research steps for the dodge hooked up under the dash so that they to open side by side weather the front or rear door was opened. If I remember correctly, they hooked up to the door ajar light.

I installed them on my Reg. cab. I put the striker switches in the rocker panels of the cab. Works good there.
