So I've looked at the video's ram has posted about changing how each aux button operates...they show you scroll through until you see settings in the EVIC, and then go to Commercial. I cannot seem to find that? And I checked the 8.4 as well, just in case.

Or does this only pop up once a wire is plugged into the aux??

Should be in the menu in the instrument panel.

You're right, it is in "commercial settings". Must be in park. You will need to enter a pin, I believe it is set to 0000 from the factory (not certain on that).

You will then be able to select batt or ign only, momentary or latching, and last state or reset (awesome feature IMO).

Did your truck come from the factory with the switches? Probably need to have it programmed if you added them.

Yes, it came with them from the factory. But I have no settings or commercial settings option in the EVIC.

I have the same truck. Only buttons 4 and 5 can be changed from/to ign or bat. 1 and 2 are 30 amp (I think) and 3 is 20 amp. Got CRS so I may not be quite right on the amp rating. Mine is not an EVIC change, but a pin change in the fuse panel for those 2 switches.
