it can vary so much nobody will ever know.depends on fuel quality and filtration.:thumbsup:

id go with a probable no on 500,000. im at 120,000 with no problems. run good fuel, good filters, and dont add pressure or cap the rail and they will live a long life.

 

i say replaced at least once in 500,000 miles.

you can get aftermarket from industrial injection for 1800.

 

they can last anywhere from 20k to 140k depending on how and what you use as far as filters to programmers

 

I will be conservative in my personal truck and replace them at 100k or there abouts.I do not want to take the risk of any failures on a trip.Depending on the failure mode,it can be very expensive

 

203,000 miles on the stock injectors runs good.

 

I am at 200k with 5 of the stock injectors, one was replaced but later found out it didn't need to be. Really, the stock fuel filtration system is not enough for these trucks. A remote base or two with some added filters will go a long way in making sure they stay functioning for a long time.

 

I had one go out on my brand new 06 at 45k miles... not under warranty due to mods, 300 bucks and a new injector it was fixed

I just had one go out my 04 with 124k miles and 300 bucks and a new injector later it runs just fine, truck is 100% STOCK....

As the others have said, its a guessing game, some go for ever some don't.

 

im at 550K+ on stock injectors.. but i been running FASS since 17k miles

 

i wanna know what you do with your truck to put over a 120k a year on it. i ran my arse off in one year and was only able to do 90k

 

what do you do for a living? drive around the perimeter of the country?
