Sorry if this topic has been coverd I'm new to the cummins forum.
Now might be a stupid question but need some guidance from some people out there that may have been through this same predicament. I have a 36' tri axel US Cargo phantom cargo trailer for racing and I'm wonder do I need a 3500 dually to pull this sucker!?!? There wont be that much more weight in the trailer other then several racing snowmobiles, tools...
the link to the trailer specs
Brays Trailers & Sanlen Equipment Sales Phantom Specifications - 8.5 Wide - Gooseneck, 5th Wheel - 34 to 40 ft. Lengths (Triple Axles)
I just need some direction here as to what is sufficent for this trailer 2500?? 3500 srw or drw?!? 5.9L or 6.7. I'm kinda out of I element here, want something that won't struggle or sag from the weight...
