Has my ECM already been unlocked?

I just bought a used 2016 Ram with 6.7 Cummins with an installed Edge Attitude CTS display. It has several different power setting modes already available. All the EGR and DPF stuff appears to be stock.

I want to do full deletes for EGR and DPF. Is there a way to know if my ECM has already been unlocked or not?

What are you going with tuning wise? If going EZ Lynk it comes with unlock capability.

I think whether the ECM is already unlocked or not will determine which tuner I go with. I ran across an article just last night that said the Edge CTS basically tricks the stock computer to accomplish power tuning. That unlocking is not necessary.

So if my truck has not been unlocked, as I understand it, will have to be unlocked and flashed with a dpf/Egr delete program.

Does anyone know if I can run the Edge Attitude CTS with a dpf delete tune?

I’ve also thought about upgrading to the Edge CTS2. It’s supposed to unlock too.
