Flapping helicopter sound when under load

Did some searching and seems that for some people it’s been a blown or almost blown head gasket.
While towing our travel trailer approx 6k lbs loaded. Truck is running great. Running smarty jr on tow SW2.
A couple of times on this trip I’ve had to turn off overdrive and accelerate up a hill after traffic cleared.
In both occasions if the RPMs get to roughly 2500. I start to hear a noise that would make you believe you had a flat tire, flapping noise. Maybe even a helicopter like sound.
Once you let out it goes away. Truck has good power and pulls camper fine at 65-70.

Bumping this up as it happened again over the weekend while towing and up a hill in 3rd gear.

The truck is running Smarty on Tow SW2 but also does it on SW1.

Otherwise the truck seems to be running 100% fine, no issues with overheating, loosing coolant, etc. Issue doesn't show up without a load.

This past weekend I pulled out onto a hill that was probably half a mile or more long, truck rev's and shows no issues in 1st or 2nd gear...but in 3rd gear if she is up near 2500 RPM's it start's this flapping noise on the passenger side of the truck like I have a flat tire. Soon as I let off the gas some and get back under 2500 RPM it goes away. But it really only shows up under load like a hill at that RPM. If I am on flat ground and get to that RPM it doesn't happen.
It also seems like the truck is making that noise but also shuddering like I noticed my phone was quite bouncy right before it shifted into overdrive. Could that noise be in the Tranny Torque Convertor? The transmission was rebuilt back in October and a new TQ was installed.
I also noticed the Filter Minder is pulling down when towing. Is it possible at that RPM with the TQ locked I am starving for Air which is causing that issue and the sound is from the Turbo/Exhaust area? Filter is new.

Thanks

I think you are headed in the right direction with your diagnostics.

What air filter system? OEM?
That would do well for 500HP so I don't know if that is likely.

Yes you are in need of gauges.
I can hook you up.
