Is there a way to download the patch file for a 2011 or does it need to come from my tuner? Got an autocal from PPEI but getting the $340 error code and kinda dead in the drive way. Any help is appreciated

Thanks. I know all this. wondering if there is a way to download the patch file and license to my autocal or if this needs to come from my tuner? trying to get the truck up and running now and not wait until Monday.
New. It just came in the mail. Seems like a common issue so why not send the fix preloaded on the autocal just in case?
