Edge drag comp box stacked with a smarty?

I have the edge drag comp box with the hot unlock and i'm about to buy a smarty for the truck has well you guys think this is a good or bad combo and what settings would be the best? THANKS

i have the stakc its a great stack i put the smarty wide open on 9 and turn the edge on only when needed lol but you dnt only have to run it on even numbers this stack does not have enough timing to hurt anything theres a thread on here about it ill try to find it but i think it said 35 degrees is where its getting to be to much and this stack only does like 27 im not for absoulute sure on the number id have to find the thread to make sure but yea i have them both wide open and have had this stack for awhile it makes good power

alright thanks for the help. Now when i plug the smarty in and program it should i unplug the edge box or leave it pluged in?

I asked Jamie from cumminsperformanceparts.com (cummins724) about this and he ran the combo for two years and really liked it you inspired me to look into this also...let me know how it goes cause my low end sucks.

shew right now im waitin to get my tranny back from the shop should be a week or two and ima try to wait till tax time to get me some cpp 250hp injectors off jamie but might go ahead and try it b4 the injectors all my buddys that has rode in it is saying im around the 600hp mark i hope i break jus over it that would make me happy lol

im running the stack now it does awesome on the bottom end but i think it kinda kills the top end to me. I would like to know more about running them wide open with out killing the vp?

If you don't have a aftermarket lift pump (FASS, Airdog, Raptor) you will burn it up and the VP up soon anyways. IF you stack these it will be tomorrow :rof
