I think the LED Dip looks pretty good, the Isspro have a big box for the pyro thats kinda annoying to find a spot for.

I have ISSPRO guages in my truck. For the money the are a great guage.Installation was straight forward and they match the factory guages well. Also, the ISSPROs were less than the DiPricols.I have the 0-40psi boost guage.

Do you have some form of snubber or flow restriction on the fuel pressure gauge? For the boost gauge rattle, if you PM me your address I can send you a reduced size orfice which replaces the existing one in the back of the gauge, and eliminates the rattle. All mechanical (bourdon tube) gauges have a tiny set of gears, and they tend to loosen up with age. The extra gear friction on the new gauge may provide enough damping to prevent rattle when it would otherwise occur. The long term solution is to have sufficient damping in the system, usually through an orfice or other restriction.

The older EV series gauges are contract manufactured in India, just like the DiPricols. The newer Performax and EV² series gauges (as well as everything new designed since I have been here) are made right here in the USA.

Regarding the question on the wiring connector on the back of EV² gauges, we have designed an insertion tool which makes the installation extremely easy. You get an installation tool when you buy an EV² pyro, or the Performax ESP. You can also buy it separately as P/N R72023.

I have a full array of Diprocols and no issues so far. They match great and with the harness' and install kits they require nothing. Very simple and clean to install. I know the EV2s have a weird connection at the back of the gauge that you have to stuff the wires into.

So if I go with the DiPricol, I need to get the install kit and the gauge? Just want to make sure that I get what I need in one shot. Thanks for all the input.

i have the EV2 boost, fuel and rail pressure gauges, they were easy to install, look like factory and work great. the fuel pressure makes a little noise when the needle moves, don't know why? other than that, love 'em.

One of the only downsides of stepper motor gauges is the noise. The algorithms for trying to make them quieter can end up with losing position (like another brand has experienced). If we had unlimited processing power we could make them quieter and still maintain position, but unfortunately we don't have that at this point.

I put the dipricol gauges in mine and perfect match of display and color. I installed them with the wires just off the gauge. Very simple and I don't really see the install kit needed but that's just me.

I had Isspro on my 2000 and they were great except for the buzzing FP gauge. Another guy told me how to fix them after I sold the truck. Not trying to cause an issue but question please: Why is it important to have an accurate boost gauge? If you get one that is +/- .5 psi or +/- 1 psi what difference would it make to driving? :confused013:
