Ok, I have seen a TON of "Can i stack this with that threads". (mainly a smarty with some type of fuel/timing box). So, I thoughs Id do my best to clear this up a little.

To make power you need 2 things, fuel, and timing. Some boxes add both (Edge Comp, Quadzilla ADR., or the Smarty). Some add just fuel (Blue Chips Redline, TST PM3) some add just timing (Edge EZ or Power Puck)

You can stack more than one fuel application. Like a Redline/Smarty (on the even numbers). Timing on the other hand, you can only have one application. A Smarty (on sw9) will not stack with an Edge Comp. You will over time the engine, and could seriously hurt it.

You can only tap your pump wire with one box. A TST PM3 will not stack with a Blue Chip Redline because both need pump taps. The same things goes for OBD2 programers, you cant stack a Smarty with a Superchip. So, one pump tap at a time, and one programer at a time.

I hope that helps a little, and gets you started in the right direction. Happy stackin'

hua... id like to talk to that guy. he may have big lines, and tubes also. (which retard timing) so that might be why he can run his timing that advanced. he is mechanicaly retatding his timing, so he can electronicaly advance his timing. :confused013:

So when everybody puts bigger tubes and lines on and they say there was no power gain is that beacause they actually retarded the timing ...so when you put the bigger lines on and then bumped the timing back up where it should be you would probably notice a power gain ????? Let me know if this is correct or just bass ackwards

I'm not sure I buy that. I've heard some pretty bad timing rattles before.
Same here....mine rattles now with just the Van Akenn.
It's not bad after the truck warms up and takes out a little timing but you can still hear it once in awhile.

But for some reason my stock VP sounds like a Monster pump....so I may have some other issues going on too. :lol4:

I had the 120 hp Xzillaraider (lime green box) and XZT+ stacked before I bought the adrenaline. I liked it. The Xzillaraider taps the pump, APPS, and MAP sensor. The XZT+ only uses the MAP and data link. So install the Xzillraider first on the map, then the XZT+ to it. When stacking you want the more powerful box to have the MAP sensor first.

So if I wanted to stack a edge comp with a smarty would I have to run the smarty on even numbers? Or should I not consider stacking the two?
