Please tell me you are planning a write up? I am looking at doing this myself once I increase the spacer to 3" and new shocks. I will later uses these adjustable units when I can afford a Carli 2.0 or maybe a 2.65...

wonder if the 95 is exactly the same size as yours, and I'm guessing this is to be complimented by some Carli?

prolly in the suspension rating. I have a 8800 and so is basically a 1 ton chassis. I cant use ANY 3/4 ton parts. The bushings of a 1 ton are prolly harder than a 3/4.

I agree with turbolvr, make them adjustable. Also there was a good comment a few post's back, how about off setting then in towards the center of the axle to limit tire rub. Or do you think you would loose strength and stability by pulling the main support inwards?

i'm still back and forth on what i want to do, i haven't ordered any material yet. i could off set them with no worries but i'm still not sure on how i want to do it. i usually think things out for a bit before i make a solid plan. plus the more responses i have coming in adds to my thoughts.

If you are interested in putting a offset on them for tire clearance issues here is a picture of the ones I made and are running on my truck right now . Be advised that when you put a bend or offset in them it puts the weight of them offsides and if you are running Ballistic joints on both ends it will let the control arm sag on the one side , which is not a problem it is just a cosmetic issue . You can either run a polly joint on the one end or like I did I made a small delrin bushing on one side of one of the Ballistic joints and this keeps the arm straight .Hope this helps you out .
