Are there any kind of events coming up on or near Long Island anytime soon? Wouldn't mine checking out some other trucks that are close by.

Sometimes a few come by the sat night spot on sunrise and 112... next to the chuckee cheese and old home depot, on the west bound side.

New spot so as time goes by it'll get better, the long island motorsports association started the spot

Here it is, all I know is it is a TDR chapter, it was listed on the site. I have seen pics of their get togethers in the mag. Let us know how it goes. :thumbsup

I'm picking up my first Dodge tomorrow!

:hyper:I'm a huge GM fan but had lot's of problems with my 05 LLY. Mostly Allison problems but I'm really pissed at GM so I bought a left over 07 Quad cab 6.7 and I'm picking it up on Thursday. I'm out here in Sag Harbor. The trucks main purpose will be to tug around my Jeep rock crawler and my race car trailers. I have a 28' fully equipped enclosed trailer. Generator/ compressor/ welder/ 3 piece roll chest and lot's of spare parts. It's heavy and I have 2 open trailers too. I go up to New England monthly as well as Pa. The GMC is pretty done up. Full Banks Big Hoss w/ turbo back and lots of other goodies. And my new Dodge is sitting at the dealers lot fully paid for in cash and I'm waiting like a kid for Xmas morning (tomorrow) to come. LOL Sofar I ordered a bed cover and it's going to the tire shop on Saturday for new rubber. Well just wanted to say hi and I rambled on. So Hi everyone.

Regards Bob

Farmingdale, NY (Long Island)

What's up guys? I am in Farmingdale. I have a 05 3500 dually quad cab. Just got the 22.5" Aclcoa over the week end for it. WOW, what a difference. Will be throwing in the Banks intercooler w/ intake and Banks Air filter set up this week. I need a small lift for Alcoas. Any recomendations? Need to order a kit.

Thanks, Rob

For those of you that have rock crawlers on the Island

Hi Everyone,

I go wheeling quite often. I went Saturday to Shelton, Conn. I'm a member of Long Island Off Road Club. I go to Rausch Creek a few times a year and used to go to Paragon 10-12 times a year. Check out LIOR on the internet. We have monthly meetings in Lake Grove and monthly wheeling trips all over the north east. It's good to see there's others out there that go wheeling. Out here in the Hamptons there's lots of pretty trucks and Jeeps that never get used like they should. My new Dodge has 1,000 miles and i'd guess 700 of them is with a trailer in tow. And my Jeep gets used hard and put away dirty all the time.
