Yeah it's been up there since I think the 6.7 came out. Trust me theres alot of people on here waiting for it to come out.

I recall reading on their web site that the new 6.7 unit was coming out soon...and that was way back in August 2007! So far "soon" has already been a year and a half! They must be closer to having a product developed by now you would think. Hopefully they have been reading here on our forum and will have a few cool features for their new toy. If not...at least we have some new options from some other developers.

I bought my truck summer of last year and the same add was on Smarty’s website back then. They must have a different idea as to what “soon” means then most people.

FYI, when it doesn’t come out at Sema the next rumor will be Christmas.

I have a buddy thats going to be there and I asked him to go by there booth on the 4th when the doors open and he said he looked at his map and didnt even see MADS Electronics registered this year, so I went to the sema website and sure enough no MADS this year so im only assuming but i dont think we are going to be as lucky as we thought sorry guys to be a buzz kill.... heres the link to the sema directory

yea it gonna have to be crazy awesome for a lot of people to want to trade their setup for it. Right now im pretty sure unless someone has a super tune come out ill just stick with my BDPMT, besides theyll prolly be the frist one out with a big tune anyway.

 

I heard Smarty will be ready once Toyota buys Cummins.

Bob has already stated that he wouldn't have a table at SEMA, but that he would be there.

 

thats right no booth but he and marco are to be there at least thats what bob said i am going so hopefully i will be able to meet them

 

Hopefully they will have it programmed to take the torque management out.

 

I have heard they are doing some testing with it right now in California and it will be released at Sema. There is also a few more goodies from other companies coming.

I guess we will wait and see.

maybe they're waiting to see how it affects the dpf and egr and making tunes tha optimize performance for people who have the deletes and people that are leaving it stock, i don't know it's just my theory as to why it hasn't came out yet, i'd really like to see a truck that had it though cause it's pretty good on the 5.9L and wouldn't expect anything less from the 6.7L

 

oh yeah i agree, and i will definately share what i find out when they get home! Im ancy to see how far we have come on these motors in the past year.
