4th gen hydroboost conversion brake line fitting question

Hi all, I am looking to convert my power steering pump and hydroboost (and master cylinder) to the models out of a fourth gen like I have seen many guys on this forum do and I am just about ready but have one more question.
How do you connect the brake lines?
It is my understanding that the nuts on the end of the 3rd gen lines are metric sizes, M10x1 and M12x1, and the fittings to the fourth gen hydro boost are inch sizes, 1/2-20 and 7/16-24. What fittings did any of you guys use and where did they find them? I can find a seemingly infinite amount of fittings online that are the opposite of what I need and have metric male sides and inch female, but I cannot find any setup with female metric threads and male inch threads ANYWHERE. I have scoured the entire internet and can’t find anything even similar.
Any help dealing with this frustration is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

1/2-20 and 7/16-24 nuts are used on 1/4 line. 3rd gen uses 3/16 from master cylinder to distribution block. You will have to build your own 1/4 lines using the correct SAE fittings and use reducing fittings to connect your new lines to the 3rd gen lines that feed the distribution block.
