Have noticed a random clank/clack/tick sound after truck is warmed up. I dont remember it making this noise before I changed the oil and fuel filter, maybe I wasnt paying as much attention. You can hear what I am talking about behind the normal sounds of your typical diesel engine running especially when my pusher fan clicks off. I though it might be coming from ac compressor clutch but it continues making the sound when AC is off. I did check valve lash and adjusted a few cylinders but nothing was out of the ordinary. Sounds like something is rattling around maybe in the pan? There was a thread with the same sound on an early 6.7 on this forum but the thread is closed and nothing was ever sorted out.

Oil just changed with Mopar filter and 15w40 Valvoline premium blue
Fuel filter is Fleetguard FS53000

I found that both my 12 and then 14 had lifters that were mostly at the upper most end of the spec (pretty loose), that and they varied from one to the other. Tightening them up and making them all the same quieted the racket down some on both trucks.
