Try to leak down test the cooling system hot like you would a Subaru first.
Try to also find an exterior coolant leak and test oil for water and fuel.
A small coolant line roughly 5/8 in behind the turbo often leaks and sometimes looks like oil that it carries from the rear main.

Any smoke? Tiny champagne bubbles in the coolant when you bring the RPM up to about 1500 or so? Making oil/chocolate milk?

No external leaks just bought it used, coolant overflow bottle was empty added a gallon to it i will pressure test it tomorrow at work i ran cetane booster in it this weekend thinking it may be a possible stuck injector seemed to stop loping not as bad as it was hoping the pressure test passes tomorrow thanks for the input if it is an injector i will be upgrading to 50 Horsepower injectors and an intake :drool2:

How do you function the manual high idle?

For auto high idle when coolant temp < 200*F:
Ambient temp < 15*F, ramp up to 1000rpm as soon as start the truck.
15*F < Ambient temp < 32*F, ramp up to 1000rpm after 2 minutes idle.
