My 05 won’t start on its own. It’ll roll over and fire then die. Then you can keep rolling it over like a cold start And hit the pedal at the same time and it’ll start and idle just fine like nothing happen and run just fine. Does anyone have any idea what the issue could be? Or has anyone had this issue before?

Gonna be kinda hard to diagnose with the information you've given...
Gauges are your friend. Rail pressure? Lift pump psi? You may have to go old school and pull the hose to the CP3 and see the output you're getting. Sounds like a lack of fuel somewhere...you say that it's firing and running fine after some voodoo pedal mash but if you can get fuel to your cp3 it can pull enough to run the truck but that is not good for it at all.
