Here us where i am at....
bought the truck a month ago for landscaping company, driving fine no issues. Parked it to cut a yard and after I was done it wouldn't start. Shot some eather in the intake (i know bad move but had to get it running). I pulled it out the driveway and 200 feet down the road it died as i tried to pull away from a stop sign. Got it towed and had a diesel mechanic friend from local Chrysler dealer to come help. Found that the in tank fuel pump wasn't running, I put a new one in and heard it running but still not start. Then we thought it might be the fuel pressure pump, because when plugged into the computer it said we had not fuel pressure. I replaced with a brand new HP CP3 pump and still wont start. then we thought it might be the Relief valve on the common rail but after taking off the bango bolt we found that it was already plugged. I AM AT A LOSS and the mechanic wants to start form scratch again....thank god he isn't charging me but I have done a lot of research and cant think of anything else that isn't allowing this truck to start. Any suggestions?

Here is an update, We knew we werent getting any rail pressure so for s and giggles i pulled off the supply line on the back of the cp3 that feeds the common rail just to see if we were getting fuel. Turns out it was barely spitting out fuel. We checked the supply form the tank to the CP3 and it was flowing like a river. So a friend if mine said "this might sound crazy but plug you truck in for a few hours and put a battery charger on the main batter connected to the alternator. I did this and let it sit for about 5 hours. Came back and after about 3 second of turning the key the truck fired right up like nothing was wrong. it ran for about 3 minutes then died after a few revs of the petal. i tried to start the truck again and nothing. I pulled the truck back in and hooked it to the charger and will check it before i call it a day. Could the issue be that my truck thinks its extrmely cold out and need to be "warmed up" or is it that the batteries are dying and not supplying enough power to the heater relays and CP3? Any thoughts?
