anyone run 2 AC pumps?

What about the standard Sanden and then a York for OBA?
What did you use for a mount for the York?

pictures/links please.

part numbers?(I am feeling lucky)

Seeing as how the 6bt was used in large trucks, I'd bet you can get a compressor setup at a big truck wrecking yard. Now wether it fits under the hood or not IDK.

correct me if im wrong but the yorks are common for being used as air compressors. you may want to google york air compressor mounts.

hood clearance NOT an issue...

didnt know about 6BT in big trucks.
how big? year ranges?
application?
I imagine you are talking about like a big cabover single axle or maybe a tandem axle...?

York compressor on its side fits fine. I've heard the gear driven compressors that replace the vacuum pump have interference issues with the dodge motor mounts, but no first hand experience with that.




I made a new upper bracket for the alternator that is basically a flat plate to bolt the compressor to. The pulley is a combo serp/v-belt from Kilby
