What's this noise? Only hear it when there isn't a load on the engine under 1200 or so. Does it have anything to do with why my truck cuts out at 2700 rpms or so under WOT. It makes the noise all the time at idle but doesn't cut out all the time. Kinda lost on those two things.

Sounds like your valve lash is out of spec. Are you talking about the rattling noise? Hard to tell over the sound of the exhaust. You should get another video that's by the driver side door

It's not the valve lash I have done it 4 times since the noise started and it hasn't changed. I will get another vid in the morning but I can only hear it out the exhaust. It's not a bent pushrod and all the valve springs, retainers, rockers and bridges seem to be in perfect working order. A buddy of mine said he read it could be an injector. He said some times larger injectors make noise like that?

Finely think I figured it out... Took the head off to do firerings and valve springs... #6 exhaust valves had some good pitting on them and were leaking a bit. Ground it down and now it sounds perfect, Really angry but perfect.
