Bought my o6 used summer before last and was getting 17mpg city with mopar fuel and oil filter that came on it. I switched to Wix fuel and oil filter and since the first oil change I did, 15 to 16 mpg is the best I can do.Still using Rotella as previous owner did. Could the change in fuel filter cause me to loose 2 mpg?

Not sure on the Filters but Winter Fuel usually produces less miliage
