EXD: 3.27" or 83.06mm

Here is turbine wheel messurement 3" V-band IND: 2.99" or 75.95mm EXD: 2.52" or 64.01mm I converted from inch to mm with my fone.

Should be fine. Will give you room to build on too. Be careful though, Ive heard if you "bark" those hx40's that you can snap the turbine shaft.

Depending on what turbine housing it has, it may be a little laggy for your fueling. It's a copy of a Hx40 CHRA with a Hx35 turbine housing.
