Why so many Recall
Okay guys, I have gotten another recall on my 2022 3500 are their anybody else getting a lot of recall, it seem like since day one something have been going on.

That’s what happens when a manufacturer actually takes responsibility for their eff ups. Recalls are good.
It seem like that the dealer have my truck more than me, I just have to ask them can I borrow my truck from you for a month or so, man.

People were saying the same thing when the ‘17s and ‘18s were new. Shaking out the bugs because of so many changes then it’ll be fine.It seem like that the dealer have my truck more than me, I just have to ask them can I borrow my truck from you for a month or so, man.
yep...my 2016 3500 had more recalls by itself than all the other vehicles i've ever owned...it was ridiculous
So far including the 2 I just got for trans & tail gate, my total is 3, one more then I had on my 2006 2500 CTD...
I had those and the one I have now is the transmission fluid being expelled from the dipstick tube, which may come in contact with ignition sources within the engine compartment and cause a fire without warning. So, this sound serious should I drive it or not.
Because it's junk now. Instead of making them fancier with all of these unnecessary electrical things. How about just make them reliable. Why not a fn 300k warranty?

So far I've only had 2 on my '21 HO. The grid heater relay and tailgate.

My dad has had 1 on his 2022 ram 2500 I dont know if it is gas vs diesel
I'm not towing any time soon so I'm not worried about it but will keep my eyes on it, I've also been told CEL will come on before ATF is pushed out the fill tube, IIRC out of the many thousands of trucks in this recall about a dozen or so have reported a fire and have not read of any that totaled the truck, my local FCA SA said ( my SA also owns a diesel truck involved in this recall) if your currently not showing any signs of a problem then most likely your not going to have a problem... Supposedly this same event can happen with the older trucks. Thing is, there’s a lot more idiot drivers now who don’t monitor temps and don’t care about CELs. Thus, FCA has to do their best to make the truck idiot proof.
The wife and I was looking at one when we were out driving, they show do look nice, I would like to have a heavy duty one a 1 ton.Tundra’s are pretty reliable. Go and get one of those.
