Smarty/EZ/TST can make it go above 50 psi. Smarty only boost fools to 45 psi. After that you will need a pressure box to fuel the turbine more and boost fool further. Fuel has a lot to do about boost. More fuel usually equals more boost. But too much boost isn't good. Turbo is efficient to a certain boost and then after that it is just boosting hot air.

Yeah, I know about running a turbo too far out of it's efficiency range. But I can only imagine this turbo has a bit more room to go with the boost. Although, it's hard to know for sure without having a compressor map to look at.

Here are the ratings on it from Gillette Diesel:
64mm inducer, .80 a/r ratio (14.77cm), 79.2 lbs/min flow & up to 4.8 pressure ratio (55.8 PSI)

I neglected to mention (and I need to update my sig info.), but I now have an Edge EZ pressure box stacked with the Smarty. I also have the Juice w/attitude, but I am not using it for anything other than gauges.

As far as boost fooling is concerned, both the Edge Juice and the Edge EZ have boost fooling, and both of them are hooked up. So I would imagine it should be getting all the boost fooling it needs!

That is all my stock injectors were doing as well. Now with Flux 3's, it finally goes to 50 psi and won't go anymore if I try too. That is because I need a CP3. But with stock stixs, your about right. Can't really get over 44 with stock stixs. Unless you get a TST, which if you don't know how to use can burn your motor fast.

Yup there has been one to many people who have blown their motor up cause of running too much timing with the Smarty/TST stack.. It makes an evil combination but you just gotta becareful on how much timing your running..
