How are you guys managing to get more than 44 psi out of this turbo on stock injectors? I have a Gillette Diesel S364 with the 80 a/r ratio 14.77cm turbine housing, and I have put a boost controller on it, and cannot get it to boost past 44 psi for the life of me.

Do you think maybe I don't have enough drive pressure with such a large turbine housing? Or am I just lacking the fueling to spin it any higher?

Tuned with Smarty, set on TNT # 7.

Are you still running your stock sticks??
Yeah, stock injectors. I was wondering if maybe that's all there is to it, but it seems there are people running stock injectors that are able to get more than 45 psi from this turbo.

Then again, I don't know if maybe those people could be running a smaller turbine housing than I am, causing the drive pressures to be a bit higher even with the stock injectors.

Yeah, I know about running a turbo too far out of it's efficiency range. But I can only imagine this turbo has a bit more room to go with the boost. Although, it's hard to know for sure without having a compressor map to look at.

Here are the ratings on it from Gillette Diesel:
64mm inducer, .80 a/r ratio (14.77cm), 79.2 lbs/min flow & up to 4.8 pressure ratio (55.8 PSI)

I neglected to mention (and I need to update my sig info.), but I now have an Edge EZ pressure box stacked with the Smarty. I also have the Juice w/attitude, but I am not using it for anything other than gauges.

As far as boost fooling is concerned, both the Edge Juice and the Edge EZ have boost fooling, and both of them are hooked up. So I would imagine it should be getting all the boost fooling it needs!
