Can anyone identify the maker of the ranch hand bumper on the white dodge?

I like the chicks but I want that bumper. the ranch hand is the closest i've found to it but the bar that crosses in front of the lights is still different.

If all I wanted was to get photos of chicks up on the site i would have used something from my Sturgis collection instead
