This was Ocean Shores, WA last week.

We came home inland to compact snow and ice, but the coast was only getting a dusting at night and cleared up once the sun came out. Low 30's at night and mid 40's during the day. We hit it right with good weather and no one else on the beaches. Even our dog had free run of the sand with nobody to chase down.
