Hey guys, any help would be appreciated....My 2011 mods are basically a 67.7 FMW H&S tuner intake horn boost tube ATS manifold..I cant figure out exactly what it is, when i start it cold (28 degrees) so far was the coldest, the truck will billow white smoke if i give it gas. Only until it warms up and then it clears completely and wont do it again until it goes back to cold temp. Any thoughts?

So truck is deleted or no? Excuse me but I don't understand your mods without commas in place. White smoke on a diesel is unburned diesel fuel. When it's cold, this can happen on startup. Maybe your tuner is giving it too much fuel? Consider getting custom tunes if you are deleted to fix that right up.

Yes 100% deleted

So are you just running box tunes??? Maybe one of the tuners can chime in but I think your Cummins is getting a bit too much fuel on startup causing the white smoke. The combustion chambers aren't hot enough to ignite all of the fuel. Once they are hot enough the white smoke goes away. I've never ran box tunes in the winter so I can't relate but I know my friend with a Dmax gets a bit of white smoke in the mornings on startup when it's colder on box tunes. He doesn't have MCC.

I would try getting MCC and some custom tuning if you are that worried about it. I recommend custom tunes either way but that should take care of your white smoke.

I'm running raceme delete tuner and at 7degrees this morning or all the other cold a** mornings my truck did not smoke a bit of white smoke. I'd check and make sure your grid heater is working to start with.
