A turbo with a 68mm turbine if you plan on keeping a single turbo setup, a 65mm turbine if you want twins in the future. It's hard to recommend a brand since most of the turbos are Borg Warner turbos that are modified by Bullseye.

You might be able to get a 63/68 for the same price or cheaper than a 62, both can support over 500 hp, but the 63 would have potential for 600 hp if you wanted to go into racing or sled pulling someday.

63/68 would be a great single for you to use. Can get the .85 a/r housing (non-wastegated) and get an external gate if you start to push the turbo hard in the future.
