I really want to start looking into some fuel mods.....

What should I do first?

1) Aftermarket CP3 with higher flow rate

or

2) Have my injectors test, rebuilt, with 50-90 HP nozzles?

I would personally like to add 50-60 hp nozzles myself.

I was thinking I would add the Arson III kit first. Then put the nozzles on and monitor rail pressure. If you can't maintain rail pressure then upgrade pumps (Wicked offers you credit if you already have the Arson III).

I think you will need a CP3 upgrade to support the nozzles. From what I read an Arson III is good up to 90 hp injectors or so.

This is what I've gathered from research I've done. I'm sure others can offer first hand experience.

I was also considering running the F1 diesel nozzles, but I heard he is 8 weeks out right now. At least to check out and rebuild injectors. I had Don's Mach 1.6s in my 01 and they worked flawlessly. Know he has a good product, but they are also at a premium price.

Now I'm leaning towards Wicked's Mafia nozzles. His are also EDM'd. Heard good things about his stuff.

90s will be fine with your turbo. 50s are waste of $$ IMHO. Cuz you know, like all of us your eventually gonna want more power! :thumbsup:

Yes you can, i had 120s no cp3 mods ran fine:thumbsup:

I should runnin some in bout a month, will let you know how I like em. As far as getting your injectors tested it's a good idea, they're probly fine but would'nt hurt to get em checked.

I am wanting to get a larger single CP3, what CP3 level (or % over stock) will be good?

You might be able to do a stage 1 from shane. But a stage 2 would be plenty.
