Can anybody tell me where this vent line connects on the other end? It is coming from the transfer case faceing forward.

it goes along the top of the transmission then uses a christmas tree ziptie to secure it to a bracket up there.

First time I have seen them called that, always known them as Push Mount Cable Ties.
