i would have them reset with +0.015 pintle lift @ 300BAR and see what happens reseting injectors is rather cheap thing to do

What do you mean reset. How do you reset an injector?

take them to a good pop tester and have them recheck the pintle lift and pop off pressure

I had the pop off's on mine raised from 290ish up to 310ish (can't remember the exact number) and it helped some. Mine is mainly from the HRVP.
