I dont know much about them but I like having my stock wheels since my old wheels got me pulled over lol but I want them to stick out some just not past the legal limit again but I dont know that much about wheel spacers. Are they any good for that heavy of a truck or are you risking the possibility of snapping a stud? also where can you find them?
Wheel spacers are not a good idea if for no other reason the additional loads that are put on the bearings, hubs, axles, wheels, etc. due to the addtional offset.
