I was wondering would my aftermarket rims that fit on my 08 2500 will fit the same bolt pattern on an 01 f250??? Thank you

No...
Ford superduty pattern in 01 is metric 8 x 170mm and if it is a light duty f250 it is some weird 7 hole pattern.
