I have seen alot of the 6.7 cp3's leak. Warranty should cover it.

not sure why its leaking and Im not sure it does it every day.........I will notice a small wet spot on ground.
It took me a while to find it but this morning had another wet spot and looked from bottom up and some of the wiring is wet as well as other things

If it is diesel fuel leaking, I would get it fixed. Diesel is pretty hard on rubber and plastics.

I don't know about that. If that was the case it would eat all the rubber parts in the fuel system.

Jim, I've seen several post of these leaking at 33k to 37k miles. Take it back to the dealer and have it replaced under warranty.

Mine has always leaked a little bit(I wasn't sure what it was til now though) and I brought it into the dealer and they told me there was nothing wrong with it. I have been tired of fighting the dealer around here so I just gave it up. Now I did the deletes so I'm sure they won't honor it.

I have all the deletes done as well and smarty loaded up........the dealer I used to deal with was really cool with the deletes and didnt mind, but I bought this truck from another dealer and not sure what they will say.....but Im going to give it a try.

Its strange how it will seep and leave a spot some days and it might go several days and nothing...........as the temp warms up I wonder if it seals and doesnt weep

I had my CP-3 pump replaced 2 weeks ago. Service Rep. told me that the new pumps have a new part # and they were redesigned. Appearantly this is common when temperatures get real low. The cost was $3900 and change!!

According to my rep, he said that it is covered by the 5 year 100 k warranty through Cummins!
