The bodies are the same. The nozzle is 8 hole on 03-04 and 5 hole on the 04.5+.

Whats the difference between 03 injectors and 06 injectors?
Is the tip/ spray angle the only difference? I know 2003 and 2004 had only 2 injection events and 04.5 and up had 3 injection cycles, but are the injectors different?

the body is the same but the tips are different.... spray pattern is different on the bowl!!!

Yes, you can use 06 bodies, with your 03 tips. Tips are not interchangeable, just the bodies.

03-04 injectors are 8 hole, 04.5-up are 5 hole. Angulation and spray pattern are different, put the wrong injector nozzle in, and spray pattern and angulation is significantly different, you will melt down an engine. Pretty sure warranty work would be a hell no, on that one!
