what valve springs are the best to use in a mild to stock 1990 engine has 255,000 miles on it? what else should i have the machine shop do when they have it?
+1. Titanium "keepers" are going to do nothing to reduce the mass of the assm. With the retainers, no. The aftermarket titanium retainers are as heavy as OEM steel. Have your shop put "NEW" springs on your head. Not shimmed high mile factory springs, NEW springs.
